It has been just shy of 10 years since we lost our dear daughter, Sherry, in an auto accident. The brightest smile in our family was suddenly gone, and I looked deep into my faith for an answer, an answer from God.
After a long grieving, I wrote to the young man in prison who caused the accident. This turned us both toward God. [It gave] him a new start in redemption and me [the opportunity] to teach our youth at church.
Your beautiful lessons gave me insight to pass on God’s Word to our parish youth and help me through my darkest days. Thank you. God bless.
